LIED, LIED, LIED I went to Kendall Ford and told them before we even get started I want to know you'll pay off my car loan, and of course they said YES! OK so lets find me a car found a car purchased it signed contracts and everything and yes I probably should of looked over the contract when I was signing it but I didn't, why? because as I was signing each paper i was told what it said so yea I didn't read it. 2 weeks later I'm looking over my contract and find that in fact they did not pay of my car loan only 3,000 and tacted the rest on my new loan. I feel I was completely lied to, and want to warn everyone don't be stupid like I was and take them for there word cause its alllll xxxxxxxx!!! More

After finding the vehicle I wanted I contacted Salesman at Kendall Ford and agreed to a price for the vehicle I wanted, before traveling to Eugene from Northern Ca. Before I left the trip was delayed a week the service dept was to replace the rear end on the vehicle as well as the tires. Upon arrival the price had suddenly increased by almost 2000.00 after arguing for some time they did agree to sell me the vehicle for the previously agreed upon price. Before leaving Kendall ford I noticed the passenger front tire pressure was a little low, not really enough to be worried about. After arriving home and the vehicle sitting for 2 days the same tire was almost completely flat. I contact the sales rep and I am told to take the vehicle in to have the tire checked. Come to find out there was a rather large gash on the inside side wall of my supposedly new tires. Tire deemed un repairable. While the vehicle was at the tire shop it was also found that there was fluid leaking from the rear end that the Kendall service dept had just rebuilt. I had the tire replaced and come to find out Kendall installed all wrong parts in the rear end, the parts they installed were for the right vehicle but a different year. I paid 1285.00 to be able to use the vehicle just purchased and Kendall refuses to reimburse me for the repairs. I would never use their dealership again for anything, especially their service dept. More

As the company I work for has a long relationship with Kendall I approached them for a new or late-model pickup in the 1/2 Ton class. Howard Smith was extremely helpful in selecting models from Kendall's many dealerships and helped me to decide on a 2013 Ford STX 4x4 at a very reasonable price. For medical reasons, I'm told, Howard was unable to conclude the sale. But Martin Neustel stepped in to walk me through the paperwork and clearly and concisely explain the features of the vehicle and of the follow up programs available from Kendall. Overall, and excellent purchase experience. More

My experience with Kendall Ford was excellent! I recently purchased a car from Cory Newport and I love it! I got a 2014 Ford Focus ST. It is everything I wanted in a new car. Cory was great. He helped me set purchased a car from Cory Newport and I love it! I got a 2014 Ford Focus ST. It is everything I wanted in a new car. Cory was great. He helped me set up my bluetooth and showed me how to use all of the high tech buttons in my new car that my previous car didn't have. I highly recommend asking for Cory Newport when you go into Kendall Ford! I could not have had a better person to work with. Honest, smart and hard working! More
We had a great experience buying a car from Kendall Ford. The car we originally wanted to purchase had sold the night before, and Jaysen told he us would call us if anything like that car came in on a trade. Well lo and behold, only a few hours later, a Mazda 6 just happened to come in on a trade, and he called us immediately. He even came in on his day off to work with us, and we got a killer deal on the car. The whole process went smoothly, and we didn't feel pressured to buy (granted, we were practically drooling over the car and were planning on buying it before we even came in). More
I was lost trying to find the Honda Dealership because my old car had some mechanical problems and I stop to ask for direction. The minute I walked into the door Jayson greeted me and asked me what i need help with. Even though I wasn't looking to buy a car that day I wanted to see what I might want t buy in the future. He was nice and patient enough to show me around.He asked a few question so he would know what to show me and what would fit in my prize range. I like how he didn't try to sell me the more expensive car on the lot he took his time to look around with me even though it was freezing outside and I was not sure what kind of car I wanted all I knew was that I want a bigger car than what I had. We look threw a few cars he asked me if I wanted to take one for a spin to get the feel for it, but I was undecided and he didn't pressured me to do so. I really liked that because at other dealerships I have been to the insist and insist that you get bored and just leave. We where looking around when I saw the Lincoln MKz it was nice it caught my attention and when I asked if I could drive it he said he without any hesitation. He told me a little bit about the car before that and during the drive he explained more about it which was perfect because that way I know what I'm driving and not just cause it a nice looking car. He asked me if I wanted to look and see if my credit was good to purchase the car and I said defiantly. Lets keep in mind that I was not looking to buy a car that morning. Everything was good he gave me a GREAT prize for it, but I was afraid that I wasn't going to be able to do the monthly payment. He asked how much I would be able to pay so he can try to arrange something for me and he manage some how to do so. I loved the way I was treated, the prize and of course most importantly I'm loving my car. Yes I ended up buying it. I'm glad I got lost that morning and that Jayson was there even though it was his day off!!! More
