After finding a pickup we liked on the internet we drove up to Eugene from Grants Pass to look at it. We had spoken to salesman Tim Gonyea on the phone prior to our trip. He showed us the truck, and we all went out for a test drive. The truck, being a 2005 F250 Super Duty 4X4, was in excellent condition. We were offered a good trade-in amount for our 2002 Ford Explorer, and the deal was made. We drove home feeling like we had made the "Deal of the Century". We are extremely happy with the truck, and the way we were treated by the Kendall family, especially Tim. Thank you all, Richard and Karen Headley. More

I gave this rating because the customer service was great! Jess saw us getting out of our car and casually walked over to us and asked if we were interested in looking at something specific. We then went on a test drive with him. I asked him multiple questions about the vehicle and he was upfront with everything he knew about it. If he didn't know he didnt make some BS up he got the answers when we arrived back at the lot. He was laid back and easy going. If it wasn't for the cars you wouldn't know that you were at a lot. He wasn't pushy, didn't takes us all over the lot looking at cars we didn't want to see. He made us feel relaxed. I would definitely recommend them, especially Jess, to anyone looking to buy a car. Keith did a great job asking questions, not pushing the sale and helping answer questions through out the process. The sales manager helped verify trade in payoffs so there would be no issues.
