My husband and I bought a 09 Matrix from Kendall. Everyone we worked with was very friendly. What I liked most about Ronnie was the fact that he wasn't like every other salesman that I've dealt with Everyone we worked with was very friendly. There was some miscommunication at one point with the price but I ended up being more impressed with Ronnie than I was with the head manager who had told us one thing the night before than he did when we came back the next day. Ronnie went above and beyond to take care of us and push for us to get the deal we had been promised the night before.
