Bought a 2012 Subaru Outback that was one of their Kendall protection deals 3 day return with a 3 month power train warranty. After about 5 days I noticed a coolant leak and overheating. I called them and the manager got me right in to the shop, they found that the radiator had a crack in it and they replaced it that same day at no cost even though I don’t think that would be covered in the warranty. During the buying process, they had given me an interest rate that I had felt confident with per my stellar credit score, but when I went in to finalize purchase they gave me an interest rate that was significantly higher due to age of vehicle, which should have been brought to my attention up front.
