I gave this dealership one star because I couldn't give less. Purchased the truck in 23 about June. Got it home and there were a few issues. So brought it back next day. #1 was a door seal which was leakin less. Purchased the truck in 23 about June. Got it home and there were a few issues. So brought it back next day. #1 was a door seal which was leaking, #2 was a shimmy in the front end. They took it for a drive and said that they didn't feel a shimmy (of coarse they didnt). What should have happened is leave it with us Mr white and we will balance the fronts for you. We were gone for several months so didn't bother with it. We are ready to go again for a trip with the truck so got an oil change and wheel balance and tire rotation. Went to pick it up and service said that the front left wheel is bent and needs to be replaced. They-service said that they put extra weights on the right side to compensate for the left rim shimmy, please tell me how that would work. Like i said bald faced liers. I said that we had this discussion the day after I brought it, of coarse they denied this and there was nothing written down. First of all if the tires were rotated it should now be on the back, right? They also said that the original warranty won't cover it and neither will our extended that we spent $4000.00 on. The fact is I mentioned this the day after I brought it home. I looked up wheels online and they are around 200.00-300.00 there price is $1300.00. This is how it works, they purchase a wheel, sell it to parts after mark up, parts marks it up and sells to service who marks it up and sells to customer. I know this because I used to sell to auto dealers. The other issue is there is an oil leak, I called service to get the work done (through warranty) there answer was this. We have to check to see if your bumper to bumper warranty will cover this. Derek the sales manager bald faced lied to me. I will never deal with this company again, in fact not yet done with these jerks. More
