Good prices, nice salesman and manager. Sadly the truck wasn't checked out for issues and cleaned properly before being sold to me. Kendall did fix the camera issue and attempted to reclean the vehicle (dirty bed, small paint scuffs on bumper). However, when the truck came back it had a slight dent with a nasty scratch in a bed panel. I called, and Kendall wanted to make it right; an appointment was made and then nobody came to pick up the truck as arranged. Finally after another round of missed appointments, they came and picked up the truck; it came back the same day with less of a deep scratch. After a brief discussion with a Kendall Manager, he apologized and wanted to have the necessary repairs done to make it right. 4 weeks later, it turned out alright - Save yourself the trouble and make sure the vehicle is in perfect condition before taking possession of it, and then don't look back! More
