This is my second vehicle that I purchased from Kendall. For this process, we had to order a 2021 Transit. It took much longer than anticipated, but this was due to supply and labor shortages by Ford. Our s For this process, we had to order a 2021 Transit. It took much longer than anticipated, but this was due to supply and labor shortages by Ford. Our salesman, Carter Krabbenhoft kept us updated throughout the process. Once the Transit arrived, all paper work was in place and we were in and out of there within minutes. I've also ordered a lift kit for the van a few weeks before the van was due to arrive. The lift kit arrived sooner than expected and that process has been just as smooth. My next vehicle will be a Superduty pick up in the next few years and I'll be purchasing from Kendall. More
