!!! DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!! Typical used car dealership. High pressure, illegal "company policies", unkept promises, the list goes on. I had everything setup before walking in the door. The OTD dealership. High pressure, illegal "company policies", unkept promises, the list goes on. I had everything setup before walking in the door. The OTD price worksheet provided by salesman, pre approved for financing from my own bank, they entire transaction should have taken 30min tops to print the financing paperwork from the CUDL system I knew they had, sign and drive out of there. They still played games. Made me fill out a credit app, try to get me to finance thru them for a lower rate, sell me extended warranty, raise the agreed upon OTD price, etc. I told them I didn't want any of that stuff and that I wasn't paying a penny over the agreed upon price. I stick to my guns and told them, one more inconsistency on anything we agreed upon, I'm walking that door. They eventually caved but we were still there for over 4 hours. Absolutely, ridiculous experience. Never again with this dealer. NEVER!!!!! More

I have had my car serviced at Ford since I bought it. But… I checked in at 7:30a at the service department when they opened. I had to wait; I was not out until 9:15a just for an oil change. They don’t accept reservations so it is either wait or drop my car off and pick it up later. Either way is rather annoying. The service evaluation indicated I had some leaks that needed to be addressed. I called to make an appointment and got voice mail, so I left a message. Now three days later I have received no call back. Just a little frustrated!! More

Poor rating! I took the new 2006 ranger pickup in to the Prineville store to have a license plate put on as understood to be by the person who I bought the pickup I took the new 2006 ranger pickup in to the Prineville store to have a license plate put on as understood to be by the person who I bought the pickup from. The sales person was not in but another person rounded up a person who was a mechanic who determined he would have to drill holes in the front of the pickup to attatch the plate. an hour latter I was still waiting No pickup! I then found out they were holding the pickup because of a question of who was to pay for the mechanic time to install the plates! Finally someone there saw me wandering around in the building and ask if I needed any help? he then located the pickup and turned it over to me, confusion and turmoil finally over. My son has called this Prineville outfit and never got a call back. He had to go to ford in madras to get help. He won't try to use prineville ford at all in the future. More
