I like the notion of the recent express service with no appointment needed, but calling it express is an inconsistent truth. I waited over an hour for an oil change. Nevertheless, nothing can replace the service of authorized Subaru techs who put in Subaru parts for the same price as a oil change chain. My car is still strong after 16 years. More

Great help w/ an unexpected head gasket I recently had an issue with my 2009 Forester’s head gasket. After many negotiations with Kendall Subaru and Subaru America, I ended up with a satisfy I recently had an issue with my 2009 Forester’s head gasket. Problem fixed UPDATE: I was contacted by Kara the Service Manager at Kendall Subaru. Kara has gone above and beyond my expectations trying to remedy the situation. UPDATE: I was contacted by Kara the Service Manager at Kendall Subaru. Kara has gone above and beyond my expectations trying to remedy the situation. I am very pleased at how Kendall Subaru has stepped up and given me an apology as well as worked with me to fix the issue with my car. My vehicle is currently at the dealership having the repairs done, I fully recommend Kendall Subaru Service. I made an appointment for my 2015 Forester that was scheduled for today at 3:30 pm. I arrived early at 3:00pm as I live 1 1/2 hours away. I was informed that the technicians were scheduled to leave soon and that I would have to leave my car for at least 1 day possibly 2 but they could give me a rental for $30 a day. The adviser then decided to play technician, as he was trying to diagnose my issue using an online tool, not even offering to let the technicians place my vehicle back on a machine for diagnosis at my scheduled time. I was told to make an appointment for a different day that was hotter outside to help with the diagnosis. I was furious to say the least and left. I will take my business to someone else. More

Free Oil Change It was my day at Kendall! I had accrued 5 punches on my yellow tag so got my oil change and tire rotation for free! I didn't have to make an appointm It was my day at Kendall! I had accrued 5 punches on my yellow tag so got my oil change and tire rotation for free! I didn't have to make an appointment so it was at my convenience and I was in and out in an hour. That is pretty good, don't you think? Plus the folks are friendly and I got a free carwash. How can though beat that? Definitely a 5 star operation! More

I Buy Cars *Only* from Kendall Subaru I have purchased two Foresters from Kendall Subaru in Eugene and could not be happier with their customer service on the phone and in person. They see I have purchased two Foresters from Kendall Subaru in Eugene and could not be happier with their customer service on the phone and in person. They seem to actually know who I am. And they are so attentive and engaging. Whenever I need service for my car -- even for help adjusting a stuck head rest -- they always have time to fit me in. And they have me in and out of the dealership really quickly. Their service is so good I just can't imagine buying a car anywhere else. (And, no, I am not related to or friends with anyone who works there. I really just think they are the best.) More
