I was set to buy a new Tacoma. I was coming from out-of-state, so wanted to make sure it would be ready for pickup when I arrived(extras,etc.). I contacted Kendall Toyota about a used car on their lot. Will M. responded to my questions and was condescending. Jason likes to talk on and on and using the tactic of mixing many small misrepresentations and unnecessary information into a long monologue. You have to interrupt many times or listen to him drone on and on with many lies and truths blended together to obscure the truth and making it very difficult to correct all the misrepresentations in his monologue. Taking a complaint about shady behavior to the manager will simply waste more of your time. More
