Total waste of time. Kendall Toyota had my car for 8 hours on the day I had scheduled service. Called to see if it was ready, and they told me they were working on it and it would be done in 30 minutes. They never even looked at the car. Sonny told me they were still working on it and it was in the bay, when I could see it parked it in the parking lot. More
Hannah Holiday has no idea what she is doing. She was having tech check for front differential which our Toyota 2WD does not have. Tim Goodman Gray will lie to your face. He advised us at 3:10 pm, car will be ready in 15-20 minutes; 55 minutes later, he told us it was almost done. Seriously.?? After being there almost two hours longer than time given for car to be done; told job was complete. But again not true. Tech had car for 3 hours and 45 minutes to not get job complete. Did not rotate tires or service transaxle. This is second time they have not completed all requested work. More
The service department at this dealership is rude, unhelpful, unprofessional and they treat customers like they are not knowledgeable about their own vehicles when they are. I was quoted 880$ for a in unhelpful, unprofessional and they treat customers like they are not knowledgeable about their own vehicles when they are. I was quoted 880$ for a installation of UCA's that were under recall from the manufacturer. I then called the local dealer of the lift kit (UCA's and ball joints) on my truck and was quoted 400$ less for the replacement labor and they even expressed concern about this dealership not inspecting for further damage or planning to do so before throwing an estimate at me. This could have caused more damage and potentially causing danger to myself while driving as they did not offer to inspect what damage could have been done by the failed part. Service advisor Travis was rude and continued to speak over me when I was explaining to him what the issue was and what the manufacturing of the part had told me. They also lied to me and stated that I do not have a Toyota manufacturing warranty when I am still under the 60000 mile warranty for the drive train. While the drive train is not the issue, this dealership did not take time to give correct information to a customer. I highly recommend finding a toyota specific mechanic in Bend before taking your Toyota to this dealership for any repair. I also would double check any warranty you buy from this dealership or if you have to take your vehicle to this dealership and have a warranty that states it will cover costs because this dealership will not work with you. Wanted to provide some feedback after recent service on my 2021 Venza with 50,000 miles. Received several recommendations for items that "Requires Immediate Attention" on my multi-point inspection for my 2021 Venza with 50,000 miles. Received several recommendations for items that "Requires Immediate Attention" on my multi-point inspection form". It appears that 3 are items that must be on a Kendall recommended service (ie: Dealer Money Maker) that is above and beyond the Toyota Maintenance Intervals. It appears that all 3 were for items that likely were not even manually checked / observed at the time of service. As an example, the cabin air filter was listed as needed replacement, even though it was replaced by me recently, and after checking it again today, appears to be brand new. I've lost a LOT of respect for Kendall dealer maintenance, and their recommendations. More

Horrible communication, take forever to fix vehicles, unhelpful service, basically leave you hanging & waiting for information. Wouldn’t recommend this dealership for vehicle purchases and or service. unhelpful service, basically leave you hanging & waiting for information. Not to terribly impressed with the service departments way of dropping your vehicle off to have work done. Cluster of cars all coming in at once and not enough service technicians to assist the customers. way of dropping your vehicle off to have work done. Cluster of cars all coming in at once and not enough service technicians to assist the customers. I will say I had exceptional customer service from Tim Goodman. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my service and thoroughly went over all paperwork. More

Beware recommendations for unnecessary service They stated my vehicle needed $4174 in ‘services’ that were unnecessary. So have someone who knows cars review their recommendations before you agree They stated my vehicle needed $4174 in ‘services’ that were unnecessary. So have someone who knows cars review their recommendations before you agree to their ‘services’. I took in my Land Cruiser for a potential Buyer pre-purchase inspection (PPI). The service manager, Payton, indicated that the vehicle needed every fluid replaced (except engine oil) at $546. Her mechanic indicated the brake fluid was ‘black’ and needed to be replaced at $101. So I took a turkey baster and sucked out some brake fluid and I found it to be the exact same color as the DOT3 fluid I had in a new can. And I checked my records…it had been replaced (with the brakes) only 6000 miles ago. Her mechanic indicated the transmission fluid and all differential fluids needed to be replaced at $445. How would he know? The inspection bolts to check these reservoirs had not been touched…and I had those fluids replaced just 12,000 miles ago. Her report also indicated spark plugs were necessary at $207…and they too had been replaced 12,000 miles ago. She wanted to do an alignment at $60…Yet Suspensions Plus aligned it in June, less than 5000 miles ago. Drive belts were said to be necessary at $138. There is only one and I found no cracks in it, no wear on it…and that belt had been noted as ‘good’ on an inspection while oil was being changed just 400 miles ago. Ditto on the air cleaner they said needed to be replaced at $32. It was not dirty. It is so simple to look at an air cleaner. Or buy one for 13 bucks. Why would they open themselves to ridicule? The mechanic says the radiator needs replacing at $1017. Yet I drove the Land Cruiser the very next day to Portland and back without any coolant loss. I looked. There is no indication of a fluid leak. And it had hoses and coolant replaced less than 15,000 miles ago. She said it needed AWD service at $202. ‘Service’ is a fluid change and the fluids were changed 12,000 miles ago. She said I need ‘fuel injection service”. That means running some cleaner through the fuel rails for $219. It runs and idles perfectly and gets proper mileage. How would her mechanic know it needs fuel injector cleaner? “There is an engine oil leak” she said and the valve cover gasket needs to be replaced at $140. I looked under, over, up and down. I see no oil leakage. If it leaks, where is the oil going? But the really good one was the ‘need’ for a new rear view mirror. Yes, that thing on the windshield that you look at to see behind you. She said I needed a new one…$1058! For a rear view mirror, $1058. Needless to say they scared off my potential buyer. Their actions were not a PPI, it was a sales job for unnecessary services. And the one thing I did need was a trim piece on the quarter pane. They wanted 130 bucks and I found it at another dealer on the net for $60. More
