I’ve been using this dealership since I purchased my car in 2015. Recently went in for service decided to walk to the mall as I was starting the man who drives the shuttled said to me I’ll take you and pick in 2015. Received a call my car was completed and I was picked up immediately! Both the shuttle guy and the man who helped me were excellent! More
Kenadall Toyota Eugene - Stellar. After purchasing my third vehicle from Kendall, the moon roof was discovered to have a leak. This was a several thousand dollar fix, they fixed it. Being a single mom, a home health nurse who works out of their vehicle and an all around busy person, I was concerned and naturally worried as what to do. I was amazed at the kindness and genuine support I received after talking with the General Manager Jeff who followed through with his word and took care of the problem every step of the way. All the while, the most excellent service clerk Carrie always knew the right thing to say or do. She would call and leave update messages without me having to chase her down to find out information, she would even remember to remind me of the little things like to get my parking card out of the rental vehicle...she was nice, really nice, a natural and seemingly doing things in an effortless manner...on-and-on... ...these people made my day and reminded me how to be, even in my line of work where compassion, empathy, kindness and understanding are essential especially in todays unusual world. I am grateful for Kendall Toyota of Eugene and will continue to purchase vehicles here for as long as I am in Eugene. Thank you for all you do!!! Don't change a thing, you all are doing great More
I had a great experience with Chris, I reserved a Tacoma listed on thier website. He informed Mr it would be there in 2 weeks, by the 19th. It came on the 17th, I flew down from Seattle he had everything re listed on thier website. He informed Mr it would be there in 2 weeks, by the 19th. It came on the 17th, I flew down from Seattle he had everything ready to go, I was in and out of there in less than 2 hours smiling the whole 6 hour drive home, Awesome job, very easy process Thanks! By far the worst experience I've had in 43 years to try to buy a car if people are rude they take too much of your time they sign you up for the loan I take all your money and they say I owe the bank is cl to buy a car if people are rude they take too much of your time they sign you up for the loan I take all your money and they say I owe the bank is closed so we'll wait till tomorrow or when tomorrow comes they give inaccurate information to the bank then the bank denies you and it takes 2 or 3 days for you to get your money back on top of that the vehicle that they're trying to give you has so many issues that they're not willing to fix so you drive it off the lot for a week or two and then you find out oh you can't drive it anymore to the Transmissions out don't by don't by here I would not give this to my worst enemy More
I saw a vehicle on Cars. com that caught my attention, so, I called the dealership for more information. Not that the sales person who called back had a clue about actual veh com that caught my attention, so, I called the dealership for more information. There was some mixed garble about the ways in which Kendall dealership can or cannot finance one vehicle vs another, Or can. Or can't. So, if you are interested in a vehicle there, you can learn as much as if you go out and mow your lawn then have a Margarita. More

Today I came too look at a 4Runner that I had been communicating with Kayleb for a week about this vehicle . He asked if I could come look at it, and I said yes. Assuming the vehicle was ready too be purchased.When I arrived he had no idea where the vehicle was, and when he finally found it the vehicle was not detailed and he couldn’t find the key. The week prior he had told me it was going in too be detailed. I said well this is a waste of my time, and yet again go to buy a vehicle, and was shown nothing, but a extreme act of un-professionalism, and massive lack of respect considering my schedule, and was treated like it was a oh well stuff happens situation. Very disappointed yet again . More
Customer service did not respond, unable to help, and unwilling to followup for long-term solutions. I understand inventory is down, but the option to order from the factory was suggested by competitors unwilling to followup for long-term solutions. Had a battery recall. They scheduled me for 2 - 4 hours to check the battery. I questioned this as I live 20 miles out of town and can't just leave the vehicle. They said they needed that long. Called Lithia Toyota in Springfield and they told me no appointment needed, just come in and it will take less than 15 minutes. Took the car to Lithia and was out in under 15 minutes, didn't have to get out of the car and got a full report of the status of my car's extended warranty without asking (something Kendell never seemed to give me). It is Lithia for me from now on! 4 hours! Really. Too bad they don't schedule for their customers convenience instead of theirs. More
