I had an appointment at 10:30 AM today, and it took them until 12:30 pm to tell me that my car did not need an oil change; that it only required to rotate the tires. It was my first time going to get my car serviced at this dealership and it was 10/10, I first went in and a man (didn’t tell me his name) who worked at the dealership stayed with me until a service if car dealership and it was 10/10, I first went in and a man (didn’t tell me his name) who worked at the dealership stayed with me until a service if car advisor came up to check me in and her name was Yeily. She was super nice and made me feel comfortable. A receptionist helped me to take a shuttle back to my house until my vehicle was ready and she was extremely nice as well! Also, the driver was friendly and made conversation on the way back to my house. I couldn’t have asked for a better service! More

Went in for 25000 mile service. Asked for tires to be inflated to 37 psi and for my Tacoma to be washed. Advisor entered the info on her tablet, but it wasn't done. There was more damage to my front right bumper of my car after the service. Service advisor said it was preexisting. There was only a small crack before. This is a beautiful facility and even the service bays are air conditioned. The employees are friendly, but this is the second time that I have had to go back because they did the repair improperly or lef are air conditioned. The employees are friendly, but this is the second time that I have had to go back because they did the repair improperly or left parts off, wasting my time. When going to a dealer for service, I am paying top dollar so expect top quality service. I’m not getting that at Kendall Toyota. You’ve lost me as a customer. More
