Took suv for the 20K service, oil, filter, tire rotation, etc.Usually they take your car through the Carwash which is nice, provided they roll all the Windows up before entering the Carwash. I understand that this could be a mishap, it happens, but you need to make it right afterwards. Talked to the service advisor about it, he said “he was sorry, that he will take care of it. 10 minutes later, he told me that the car was ready, well not really. He mentioned that they have shampooed the back of the car but the car was exactly in the same condition, all wet, water dripping from the speakers, a disaster. Had a meeting at work so I didn’t go back to complain again, but this is awful customer service to say the least. More
