The service department is pathetic. Despite specific instructions to the service advisor, the service technician(s) who worked on my Tacoma truck did not do what I asked and, moreover, performed sloppy, instructions to the service advisor, the service technician(s) who worked on my Tacoma truck did not do what I asked and, moreover, performed sloppy, careless work, damaging some wiring connected to my battery. When I tried to point out the deficiencies upon seeing the problems (while still at the dealership), the service advisor was nowhere to be found. I went home and made the repairs myself.
