I purchased a vehicle on 1/23 with the expectation that the radio would be fixed (i paid a higher price for the vehicle to have it fixed). It took a month to fix and it's not even fully fixed. The vehicle the radio would be fixed (i paid a higher price for the vehicle to have it fixed). It took a month to fix and it's not even fully fixed. The vehicle was not properly cleaned upon purchase. Barely any gas( overheard another customer purchasing a vehicle and the comment was made about them getting a full tank, congratulations to y'all) During my purchase I was told I was being given (as in for free) a 6mos warranty (which is needed, no doubt) because they "care about their customers, their reputation and don't want me to feel like I'm alone". However, I was charged for it, when inquired about the matter, staff denied ever saying that even though there were 2 other witnesses that heard it. GM Matt Elpers reached out via email and when I responded with my complaints/concerns he never responded. I had tried to contact Justin Hicks and have yet to receive a response. I purchased a Nissan Armada when I turn the car on, it displays the Infiniti logo while the tvs display the Nissan logo, it would be nice for it to all be uniform, instead of mix and match. Especially since I paid for the repair to happen. Not sure I would purchase a vehicle from here again and most likely would not recommend. Kenzi from internet sales has been wonderful and Josh my sales guy was decent. I have been holding out on leaving this review in hopes of it being a positive one and that is sadly not the case. More
Beware. Salesperson committed elderly financial abuse of a veteran in his 80s. Salesperson reduced trade in value from amount he gave verbally to $10k less in final paperwork which buyer signed before realizing. Other reviews indicate this is a trend specifically with this dealership and salesperson. More
Kenny Kent Chevrolet took advantage of my elderly father who has memory loss, cheating him out of thousands in the value of his trade in. My 82-year-old father bought a new car from Kenny Kent Chevrolet who has memory loss, cheating him out of thousands in the value of his trade in. My 82-year-old father bought a new car from Kenny Kent Chevrolet last week. He has bought many cars from Kenny Kent over the past 40+ years, and he felt he could trust them. The salesperson (Roderick Simms) told him they would give him “better than $9k” for his trade in. Dad brought comparable print outs with him of the same car which all showed around $9k. But in the final paperwork the salesperson gave him $2k. Unfortunately dad signed everything without catching the huge reduction on his trade in. He realized it the next day and returned to talk to the Mr. Simms who then pretty much pushed him out the door saying too late and denying what he said. My siblings and I learned about this several days later. We have reported Kenny Kent Chevrolet to the Indiana Attorney General and Better Business Bureau as there are laws against financially taking advantage elderly people. After contacting the sales manager and making a lot of threats, he finally agreed to let my dad purchase his car back for $4,500 even though they only gave him $2k trade in for it. Dad still purchased it back for 2.5x what he got, as we can sell it ourselves for $9-10k (which is what Kenny Kent listed it for) and can at least get some of his money back. Mr. Simms talked dad into taking out a loan through them for $13k, and dad didn’t even know his rate or the terms of the loan. Also, Mr. Simms got access to dad’s checking account information through this process, so we met with the bank to put some protections in place. It’s been such a nightmare which I really hope to spare other families. I’m sure many others can relate to our situation. There isn’t always a clear line when an elderly parent’s children need to step in and manage their parent’s finances. Kenny Kent thought they got one over on an old man who was confused. What they didn’t realize is that his children intently look after him while still allowing him what independence he can handle. I worry for all the other seniors out there who don’t have that kind of support. If Kenny Kent Chevrolet has no problem taking advantage of an elderly man with memory loss (a veteran, no less!), they will take advantage of anyone. More
The oil change went fine without any issues. I would rather not be bothered with a survey and a bunch of emails about a survey every time i bring in the vehicle. I will complain if there is an I would rather not be bothered with a survey and a bunch of emails about a survey every time i bring in the vehicle. I will complain if there is an issue. Then in order to finish the survey I have to fill in a 15 word minimum response so instead of 5 stars yall get 4. but you did get a 73 word response. More
Had some major work on my 2019 Trax. I had bought the Trax from Kenny Kent when it was new. I’m fortunate their Service dept was able to make all the repairs required.
