I had a 9:00 AM appointment and was told there would be a $149.95 diagnostic charge, that is fine and I waited for my truck at the dealership. I was getting impatient around 11:45 so I asked my service advis $149.95 diagnostic charge, that is fine and I waited for my truck at the dealership. I was getting impatient around 11:45 so I asked my service advisor if they knew what was wrong with my truck? “Oh yeah, your windshield washer pump is bad and needs to be replaced “ We can replace it but we are about to take our lunch break for an hour and it will take another hour to replace it he says, livid at this point. I paid $582.77 total and had my wife pick me up for two hours. After I got my keys to leave there was black grease on my hood and driver door. Never again will I go back to Kenny Kent Chevrolet for any repairs. It’s upsetting because I purchased my truck there. I purchased two Toyota Camry’s from Kenny Kent Toyota. Night and day between the two dealerships! The Toyota dealership would never treat us like that. I will go somewhere else if my truck needs repairs in the future. More
Took my Yukon XL in for a tambourine sound. Believing to be my sway bar links. Told it needed to be hooked up to a machine to detect the the sound. But no service man thought to just look under Believing to be my sway bar links. Told it needed to be hooked up to a machine to detect the the sound. But no service man thought to just look under the truck and see that the links were missing bushings and clanking all around. And the to charge me $150 to say they can't find nothing wrong. SMH.. So I just changed them myself. Lazy service slipped by 2 employees. More
I took my car in to get a shifter replaced and it ended up having a dead battery, keys had to be ordered (then not needed) because it was in theft mode due to the battery being dead. Anywho not even a week up having a dead battery, keys had to be ordered (then not needed) because it was in theft mode due to the battery being dead. Anywho not even a week later my car was doing the same thing as it was before I took it in. I was told I can bring it back at my convenience but that would most likely have to be a Saturday due to me working ALL week. It was hetic when I had to.put it in the shop and leave it for numerous days and get users to where I needed to go. More
