ABSOLTELY AWFUL! ! I purchased a 2024 RAM pickup truck from Kenny Kent Chevrolet in Indiana while buying from out of state. Before the sale, the sales representative r ! I purchased a 2024 RAM pickup truck from Kenny Kent Chevrolet in Indiana while buying from out of state. Before the sale, the sales representative repeatedly assured me through photos, phone calls, and messages that the truck was in perfect condition with absolutely no dents, scratches, or issues whatsoever. The dealership then chose to drive the truck to me instead of transporting it on a flatbed, adding over 1,000 unnecessary miles to the vehicle. When it arrived, the truck was absolutely filthy and had multiple undisclosed issues, including two dents on the door, a dented bumper, a broken rear tail light, and a leaking tire. When I contacted the dealership that same night, the sales representative assured me they would take care of the dents and damage — he gave me his word. After sending FOUR separate repair estimates, the dealership refused to stand behind what was promised and initially offered only $500 toward repairs that cost significantly more. After extensive back and forth, they eventually increased the amount to $1,000, leaving me responsible for the remaining repair costs out of pocket. I also absorbed the cost of the leaking tire and broken tail light myself. Even more disappointing was the complete lack of professionalism from management. The General Manager never once had the decency to return any of my calls despite numerous messages. This was one of the WORST vehicle purchasing experiences I’ve ever had. Their word means nothing once the sale is completed. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to make the deal happen, but they do not stand behind their promises afterward. I trusted this dealership and regret doing so. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. More
