Adding option after purchasing new Colorado After purchasing a new Colorado Z71 from Kenny Kent, we decided to add steps to ease entry. My previous truck had no steps and the LH side of the driv After purchasing a new Colorado Z71 from Kenny Kent, we decided to add steps to ease entry. My previous truck had no steps and the LH side of the drivers seat was worn badly from sliding across the raised side of the bucket seat when entering and exiting the cab. I contacted my sales person (Jake Bishop) by e-mail and asked for a quote for the optional steps. He checked to make sure the item was in stock and reserved it for me. After a couple of e-mail exchanges, a day/time was decided on when the item could be added. I arrived early on the appointed day and the vehicle was moved in for the work. By bringing the truck in early, I entered the dealership under Jakes radar. He found me in the waiting area and visited briefly before checking on the status of the work. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. We are very happy with the new steps, which make entry into the cab much easier More

He assured me that what happened to me should not have happened and went out of his way to try and make it right. He did attempt to locate a similar vehicle for a similar price as the one we initially thought we purchased. Sadly, he was unable to because it was a Dodge Durango. However, he certainly stepped up and did his best to fix it. Kenny Kent is extremely lucky to have an upstanding GM like Chris Byrley! More

WOW! They actually even asked several questions I didn't expect (credit union membership for example) to make certain that we received every possible incentive that we may qualify for. So we got a couple incentives that we weren't counting on. Awesome!! This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Kenny Kent and it will not be the last. My wife and I are not the easiest people to please, so when I say that we will probably never buy a vehicle anywhere else; that is really saying a lot. Great Job Kenny Kent Chevrolet. We'll be back!! Never been treated so badly in my life! I usually don't write reviews but I was treated so underhandedly that I felt it necessary to warn others! We saw a a vehicle that we liked online and I usually don't write reviews but I was treated so underhandedly that I felt it necessary to warn others! We saw a a vehicle that we liked online and inquired about it. John Torres was appropriate and was able to negotiate a price that we were comfortable with prior to us coming in to test drive (we live an hour away). We drove the vehicle and was happy with how it looked but it had a mechanical issue diagnosed by my father in law who has been a mechanic for over 30 years. We asked them to fix it prior to us purchasing but was told that we would have to pay for that in addition to the price were already given! We asked them to lower the price to compensate and was originally told no- but then they agreed to knock off $220. ( it will cost near $1000 to fix the wheel bearing). But then they added a $199 Doc fee and a $199 etching fee. This was a deal breaker so we left. We were called back a day later by Mark Groves and he offered to waive the $199 fee. We told him deal and worked out that we would pick it up 2 days later (Mark was off the next day) and it was already late our time. I told him I would call him back with the exact time. Imagine my surprise when I get a call from Shirley an hour later saying that she was going to let someone test drive it and wanted to know if we decided anything. I told her that we had already told Mark we wanted it and were in the process of working out the pick up time. I called Mark back and he said that they were already driving it and he would call me back. Shirley calls me back 2 hours later to tell me that she sold it to these other people! She said the rule at the dealership is that a vehicle is fair game until a deposit is put down ( Mark didn't tell us this) I explained to her my disappointment in how we were treated and asked to speak to the GM. She said that she would have one call me and I told her that I would just rather hold. She then again said she would have one call me back and I told her again that I wanted to hold. She hung up on me! I called back and asked to speak to a GM and was told he was busy and would call me back. Still no call back 2 hours later. I just hope that whomever bought the Silver 2012 Dodge Durango realizes the mechanical issue because I am sure that they were not told! Buyers beware! More
