Got Me What I Wanted! Even though they had 37-38 New Chevrolet Equinoxes on the lot, they did not have one equipped as what I wanted. absolutely awful I purchased a used van from Kenny Kent chevy 4 months ago and it has been in the service center 4 times since then with issues that were not disclosed I purchased a used van from Kenny Kent chevy 4 months ago and it has been in the service center 4 times since then with issues that were not disclosed to me upon purchasing the vehicle. each time it was serviced, i requested a loaner and they always tried to put me into a sedan even though i drive a van. the last time i requested a larger loaner and they said they didn't have any because they are servicing a recall. i bought a warranty when i purchased the vehicle and when i needed new brake pads and rotors, they told me the warranty does not cover such repairs and were unwilling to work with me on the cost for the repairs. they claim that because brakes are "wear parts" the warranty will not cover it. I told them that i just bought the vehicle 4 months ago and if the brakes are bad now, they were bad then and that was not disclosed to me. The van also had a bad battery that had to be replaced after it died on me twice. I have been very displeased with the service i have been provided and will never work with them again. More
