I went to this dealer for a reimbursement claim on work done on my 2007 chevy tahoe. I bought this p.u.new,but never did receive a recall notice on a problem that was very common on chevy trucks and tahoes done on my 2007 chevy tahoe. I bought this p.u.new,but never did receive a recall notice on a problem that was very common on chevy trucks and tahoes . Faulty pin connector on fan blower motor and reostat relay.HVAC blower motor failed. This dealership took very good care of problem for me,and also in a timely manner. More

We initially started looking at Chevy Cruz's at Kenny Kent. Mandy Winegar was very friendly and knowledgable of the Cruz. We shopped around at dealerships in Jasper, Princeton, Mt. Kenny Kent had the best prices and biggest selection. Mandy was very helpful. I never felt pushed or intimidated. Dave Turpin and Daniel Ramirez were very friendly and helpful. I walked in and literally two members of the staff were fighting and swearing at each other. Very pushy staff. Would not let me leave and kept me there all day trying to push me into buying a car, even wh fighting and swearing at each other. Very pushy staff. Would not let me leave and kept me there all day trying to push me into buying a car, even when I explained I did not want to decide anything until consulting my parents. Was too tired, and they rushed me through the finalizing process. Didn't notice the prices of the Warranty and the Paint Protection until later. Pushed a bank on me I did not want to go through. Will never deal with them again and won't recommend them to friends and family. More
