Upon speaking with Josh concerning an Equinox a time was set up to view one. Salesman was knowledgeable, helpfull and easy to work with. Very nice young man. The Finance gentlemen was also helpfull and knowledgeable. The whole process was nice and painless....however there was no mention of the # of keys I would receive when I purchased the vehicle. I only received one key, Josh told me that the Auction Company may still have the second and if they did they would send it to Kenny Kent. Josh told me to check back with him. Josh was not there the day I stopped in to see about the key and I was told by another salesman that there had been no other key received and I would have to pay for the sencond key to be made. I was told I would have to make an appointment and another trip to the dealership to get this done. I still need and want a second key but feel it is the responsiblity of the dealership to provide one at their cost. More
