I went to Kenny Kent Chevrolet in Evansville, IN, looking to test drive a few cars. Chris Payne was very welcoming upon my arrival at Kenny Kent. Chris sent me home with an informative booklet on the car I was interested in, and he gave me his business card in case I had any further questions. I enjoyed Chris because I did not feel pressured by him. He gave me time to make my own decision about which car I wanted. When I found the car I was interested in, Kenny Kent did not have it on their lot. I called Chris and asked him if he could find what I was looking for, and sure enough he did! Chris had my car brought in from a Chevrolet dealership in St. Louis just a couple days later. When it arrived in Evansville, Chris made sure it was cleaned up and what I wanted. The entire process was easy and stress-free. Chris was a big part in why my experience was so great. I knew I could count on him with any concerns I had along the way. He treated me with respect. I did not expect the price of my car to come down much from the sale price because it was brand new. I felt that the price of the car was very reasonable, and Chris did come down on it. Chris also helped me set up my monthly payments at a price I could afford. When I was ready to purchase my car and complete my paperwork, that process was also very well explained and handled in a professional manner. I have had my new Chevy Cruze for a few weeks now, and I love it. In fact, I plan on getting my windows tinted. I told Chris what I wanted, and he recommended a business here in Evansville. He is even going to give me another car to drive while my car is in the shop getting the windows tinted. I could not have dreamed of a better experience. Chris is awesome at what he does. There is not doubt in my mind that when my time comes to purchase, sell, or trade-in a car, I will go to Kenny Kent and ask for Chris Payne first.
