Mostly happy The salesman was nice and friendly, as was the finance office. However I do have some concerns. Two weeks after my purchase they sent me a card for $5 The salesman was nice and friendly, as was the finance office. However I do have some concerns. Two weeks after my purchase they sent me a card for $500 off of a purchase. At one time if a sale came within 30 days of a purchase it would be honored. With the profits made the dealer surely could afford to honor it, or at least show they appreciate their return customers with perhaps a few free oil changes. Another thing I wasn’t happy with is not being informed that I would have to pay extra fees at the MVA. It’s not that I’m upset about paying it, I know fees have to be paid. However since I’m sure they do business with individuals who live out of state, the dealer should be better informed of additional costs to their customers to inform them so they can be prepared for them. Overall I had a good experience, however better personal interest in the customers would go a long way in customer satisfaction and return business. Without it some may get the impression that the dealer doesn’t need the business so they don’t really care if a customer returns. More

Tanner Shaffer is the BEST This kid helped me in every way possible. He was kind and considerate despite my age difference and lack of knowledge about cars. He changed my Sirr This kid helped me in every way possible. He was kind and considerate despite my age difference and lack of knowledge about cars. He changed my Sirrius SM subscription, got in the car and reviewed everything that was new. He helped me fill out all the paperwork.
