I assure you we strive to have and keep happy customers. I am being told that you came in under the True Car purchasing program which is a great way to purchase a vehicle. I'm not sure why USAA told you to "haggle with your dealer", the True Car program is built around one price to make it easy. Nevertheless, Ben said you really liked the Nissan you were looking at so I thought I'd email you with the best price I could possibly do. Your Price including Tax and plates would be $12332.00 out the door. I hope this helps and again I apologize for the misunderstanding. Regards, Tom

Thank you. This is the kind of service I was looking for yesterday. These few sentences would have alleviated the situation and resulted in the purchase of the vehicle. But, because of the treatment I received from Ben I went to Day Apollo in Moon and bought a 2009 Toyota Matrix.
