In fact, in that initial e-mail, John not only provided information for the truck I had specified, he included information on 6 other trucks as well. After speaking to John, he provided me a very competitive price quote for yet even another truck and I had agreed to stop in to see the truck. Unfortunately, I was unable to make our appointment and John was going on vacation, but not before referring me to David Liebro. My wife and I met with David at the dealership and after showing us the trucks John and I discussed, we came across yet another new F150. David really went to work and got us a great deal on that truck! My wife and I were treated like we were the most important customers there. Joanne Reilly, the Business Manager also did a great job in arranging the financing, explaining our options and assembling all of the paperwork. Robbie Latulola ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Over the last several months I had been researching trucks and knew more than likely it would be a Ford but wasn't sure which one. So after a routine Over the last several months I had been researching trucks and knew more than likely it would be a Ford but wasn't sure which one. So after a routine service visit with my Ford Fusion, I decided to take a look at the Ford Explorer and I was very pleased with what I saw. A young man had noticed my interest and approached me, introducing himself and asked could he help me. I explained what I was looking for and was still undecided but the Ford Explorer had caught my eye. Well from there This young man, Rob Latulola took the lead by offering to help me by answering all of my questions and providing me with more insight about the truck that I wasn't aware of. Rob was extremely professional and very personable. He listened to everything I had to say and display a true interest. He provided me with a great tutorial of the truck. I really appreciated that because new vehicles can be so intimidating with all their features. The whole process in purchasing the truck was a breeze and pleasurable. He handled everything with such finesse. I was so impressed with how this young man handled everything. He even took it upon himself to get my new truck home without me having to come back and pick it up. He recruited another young man and they followed me home with my new truck. That to me was not only very impressive but very kind of him. I can honestly say this was the very first positive experience I have had with a sales rep at a dealership. Rob is definitely an asset to the dealership. I will refer everybody I know interested in buying a vehicle to this young man.
