Outstanding Customer Service I looked for a month for a used Honda CRV and bought one at Kenny Ross Ford South yesterday. I was driving a 2004 Honda CRV with 180,000 miles on it. I looked for a month for a used Honda CRV and bought one at Kenny Ross Ford South yesterday. I was driving a 2004 Honda CRV with 180,000 miles on it. I have saved my money since 2006 for a new "used" car and I am happy I bought the one I did at Kenny Ross Ford South. I bought a 2010 Honda CRV EX-L with Navigation. I was looking for a 2013 and am taking a chance that a 2010 with low miles will last me another ten years, which is how long it will take me to save for my next car. Regarding Customer Service, I first contacted them via Autotrader online chat while riding an Amtrak train from Philly to Pittsburgh. Turned out the Gen Mgr, Tom, answered my chat and linked me up with my salesman, John Sobo. While I was still on the train, John went out to the car on the lot checked it out, and answered my questions. It was nearly closing time and I asked him to grab the keys until the next business day. The dealership is a little over an hour from my house. When I arrived and saw the car, I immediately knew that this dealership was a good one because John honestly answered my questions over the phone prior to me driving there. (So, so many dealerships are not honest). I test drove the car and the brakes sounded bad. John arranged for the Used Car Mgr, Bill M. to drive it with me. He suggested that it might be rusty rotors from the car sitting on the lot. The Used Car Mgr., Bill M. included in the contract that if I had trouble with the rotors or brake pads within 60 days they would fix them at no charge. (they still have a low noise to them, so I may update this post in a few weeks) John Sobo my Salesman was a great guy - laid back, not pushy, very professional and detail oriented. The Business Manager Brent was thorough and professional, and did not try to push the extended warranty on me after I told him I did not want it. I would HIGHLY recommend Kenny Ross Ford South to everyone. Not one person was pushy or dishonest. I bought a 2010 Honda CRV with low miles. Bill M the Use Car Mgr and Tom the Gen Mgr assured me that they would take care of any problems and I think they will - they seem like genuine Pittsburgh guys who you can trust. More

Our salesperson, Mark Pritchard put the fun back into purchasing a new vehicle. He made us feel at ease and very comfortable with the purchase. At first we were planning on only buying a Ford Edge, but my wife was taking some much needed info to the dealership and to Mark Pritchard, at which time she made an inquiry about the Ford Escape. Mark took the time to answer all her questions and took her for a test drive at which time she fell in love with the vehicle. Mark and sale manager David Liebro worked out a monthly payment that was acceptable, so now we're twice as happy. More

We purchased our new F-150 from Ben Aul. This was an expensive purchase and he went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. He actually initiated the e-mail checking to see if I had any questions. The service has always ben excellent and the service department staff is always helpful. I keep my vehicles a long time and I hope Kenny Ross is still here when I need to purchase my next car or truck. More

We visited several dealerships including #1 Cochran, Nicks Chevrolet, and asked for several other quotes from WPA dealers before settling on going with Kenny Ross. The entire sales team was very friendly from the second we parked the car. They greeted us outside, held the door open and followed through with that customer support all the way though closing. They understood our needs/desires well and did everything they could to meet them without using any pushy sales tactics. In the end they exceeded our expectations and even managed to get us the vehicle we wanted under our budget. My daughter also greatly approved of the pink balloon they gave her. It's the small simple things like that - that made the entire experience feel great. Coupled with the knowledge that they're backed by TrueCar... I know I drove away having made an excellent purchase that will last for years. In fact the experience was so pleasurable that my father is also considering purchasing another vehicle with them in the next several months. I love my dad but it is very surprising to see such a stubborn man who has used a different dealer for 20+ years consider switching. Bottom line... you won'the be dissipointed that you checked out this dealer. More
