Sure its old and has a few scratches that could use some repair but still what a great vehicle even after all this time when we got the 04 Escape years ago it was a man name Phil I think he has since retired that helped us Next was the 2012 Focus Nice Car great gas mileage..we dealt with John Sobocinski this time another great guy but was busy with another couple at the time Now the latest transition is from the Focus to a 2014 Escape. Sales person this time was Ryan Kiffer a great guy no pressure just helpful sales. After the sale he spent time going over any other questions we could think of before leaving with our new car. Service advisor Paula Mooney who always coordinates all the service work we ever need and convinced us to stay with Ford and recommended the Escape to us.
