We purchased our new F-150 from Ben Aul. This was an expensive purchase and he went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. He actually initiated the e-mail checking to see if I had any questions. The service has always ben excellent and the service department staff is always helpful. I keep my vehicles a long time and I hope Kenny Ross is still here when I need to purchase my next car or truck. More

We visited several dealerships including #1 Cochran, Nicks Chevrolet, and asked for several other quotes from WPA dealers before settling on going with Kenny Ross. The entire sales team was very friendly from the second we parked the car. They greeted us outside, held the door open and followed through with that customer support all the way though closing. They understood our needs/desires well and did everything they could to meet them without using any pushy sales tactics. In the end they exceeded our expectations and even managed to get us the vehicle we wanted under our budget. My daughter also greatly approved of the pink balloon they gave her. It's the small simple things like that - that made the entire experience feel great. Coupled with the knowledge that they're backed by TrueCar... I know I drove away having made an excellent purchase that will last for years. In fact the experience was so pleasurable that my father is also considering purchasing another vehicle with them in the next several months. I love my dad but it is very surprising to see such a stubborn man who has used a different dealer for 20+ years consider switching.
