The sales manager, Chris Poliziani couldn't have been more pleasurable to deal with. He was extremely professional, courteous, and accommodating to me and my wife, a total gentleman!! And because I live in New York he went above and beyond to make this deal as smooth and as convenient as possible. When I arrived at the dealership I was treated with the highest respect by everyone. All of the paperwork had already been prepared and was ready for my signature. John Ison went over every inch of the car with me and Chris Poliziani made sure that every detail of the entire process went flawlessly. The car was impeccably detailed and ready for transport. This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had and I would gladly give this dealership and it's staff the highest rating of 5 stars!! We were looking for this specific vehicle and had shopped at other dealerships. David Liebro worked very hard at making a deal we were comfortable with. Dave was very welcoming when we arrived at the dealership. He showed my children where the television was and found a basketball game for them to watch. During the test drive, he reviewed the features of the vehicle and explained how to operate the various controls. Once we returned from the test drive, he reviewed the price tag with my wife and I. We negotiated a few items respectfully and he genuinely cared to get us the best deal possible on the vehicle. Dave always answers emails and phone calls promptly. I do not believe we ever waited longer than thirty minutes to receive a response from him. As a result, I am confident recommending to customers that they work with Dave if considering a Ford vehicle for purchase. However, I must explain that I did not give Kenny Ross Ford five stars because we were very disappointed working with the Financial Advisor, Brent. When it was time to review the finances to close the deal, Brent seemingly wanted to rush the process because it was later in the day. He did not search for finance groups that would provide the best interest rate on the loan for our vehicle. We felt he simply used the first or most convenient group he found. Similarly, he did not present all of the details concerning the extended warranties available for purchase. My wife took some time to locate some alternate finance groups and found interest rates that were significantly lower. As a result, we will be changing the company for which we have taken a loan. In conclusion: Visit Kenny Ross Ford and ask to work with Sales Person Dave Liebro. Nevertheless, have your ducks in a row when it is time to work with the financial advisor and get pre approved for a car loan. More
