At first we were planning on only buying a Ford Edge, but my wife was taking some much needed info to the dealership and to Mark Pritchard, at which time she made an inquiry about the Ford Escape. Mark took the time to answer all her questions and took her for a test drive at which time she fell in love with the vehicle. Mark and sale manager David Liebro worked out a monthly payment that was acceptable, so now we're twice as happy. More

He actually initiated the e-mail checking to see if I had any questions. The service has always ben excellent and the service department staff is always helpful.
