Service Ken was really good. I've been to this service department before and felt like this time, he was really working hard to get me in and out and back to Ken was really good. He seemed genuine and moved with a purpose. My time is valuable and he respected my time better than others have in the past. The loaner vehicle was a HUGE help since I have not had great experiences with the shuttle in the past. In this case it was necessary because I can't go without transportation overnight, but regardless, it was nicer to have the loaner. More

Kenosha Nissan Service Department treats you right! I was having an issue with my car and brought it in without an appointment. Alex got it in right away and offered me a service car to use until it was was having an issue with my car and brought it in without an appointment. They put me in touch with Nissan, who totally did right by me, hooked me up with a nice loaner while we waited for a new transmission, and they got me back up and running in less time than I expected. My car feels brand new, for a fair price. I might do an oil change myself, but I wouldn't take my car anywhere else for service. More
