Worst dealership, car buying experience of my entire life. The process took nearly 4 hours to complete after I had been out a previous night and knew what I wanted. One finance guy came out and said it would be around 6% (keeping my payment where I needed it)...after 3 plus hours MIKE wanted to skim past it on his computer, but the rate was over 8%!! When I questioned this he said I wish those guys wouldn't give rates out there...so he KNEW I was told something less. The price of the vehicle was more and I was told it was for some paint protection that you don't have a choice in getting and aren't told you are being charged until you are signing papers. THEN my vehicle was a total lemon!! No one would help me and Brent, the Manager did offer me $100 check for all my service visits and inconvenience (only after I was really angry), BUT neglected to say I had to sign a waiver that I would not do a review or pursue them in any way. I ended up having to get an attorney just to get out of that death trap. Even though I had at least 35 videos of the problems in that vehicle and at least 5 trips to their service department with some occasions they kept my vehicle for over a week. So, it was 8-9 months of torture with this vehicle and I should have run out the door at the first signs of incompetence that showed right away with Joseph Rueda. No transparency. Sneaky and sleazy and I will never be back! More
This was the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. Guillermo was very friendly and not pushy…at all. And, he actually knew about the vehicles I was looking at. He was patient with my questions and transparent while working through the purchase. Amar, (Sales manager I think) was also great. There were no hidden cost games and he was up-front with what he could and couldn’t do in regards to price. And, no pressure with him either. Finally, Cameron (finance) made the paperwork process easy. Everything that was discussed with Guillermo and Amar was the same when I worked with Cameron. No games and no surprises. He did review extended warranty options but in a way that was informative and actually helpful. When he was done explaining, he made a recommendation but it wasn’t a sales pitch or scare tactic. As a result, I actually purchased an extended warranty (first time ever) at a price that I felt was very fair. After all is said and done, I walked out of there excited about my purchase, which is the way it should be. More

Process was painless and took 2 hours for completing the paperwork on an all cash deal. Vehicle was clean and not quite setup (tires were over inflated.by 10 PSI. When I tried my Subaru of new Nissan Pathfinder I left 2 items in my old car. I call 3 time to Kenosha Nissan, I spoke with some people requesting to send me opener for my garage and little thing next to op items in my old car. I call 3 time to Kenosha Nissan, I spoke with some people requesting to send me opener for my garage and little thing next to opener. Place shade for driver. Also I sent email to this place - nothing. How you can trust people like that? I am 3 Hours and 15 minutes from Kenosha, my city where I work is Rothschild,WI. I don't have time to drive back and I am very disappointment. More
