We went there and all of the staff we worked with were very nice, knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy. We received great service and drove home happy in a car that we wanted. Not a good experience I arranged to pick up my car and when I arrived I was told it wasn’t actually a certified car and it would cost me an additional $2,000 or I could buy I arranged to pick up my car and when I arrived I was told it wasn’t actually a certified car and it would cost me an additional $2,000 or I could buy a bumper to bumper plan cheaper. This was advertised as a certified pre-owned car. After I said I would not be paying for something that I was misquoted because it was not my mistake, they sent in a manager that explained that it was indeed a mistake and they would get the car certified at their expense. By the way, I feel they tried to get me to pay for it because I am a woman and came in alone to buy a car. I’m glad I’m an educated woman and didn’t fall for their tactic as it was extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy. I did end up with a certified car at the original price agreed on. More

Great family car, good experience We bought our first SUV today! So happy!. The Mitsubishi Outlander SEL came well equipped, great mileage, and with an average market price. We schedu We bought our first SUV today! So happy!. The Mitsubishi Outlander SEL came well equipped, great mileage, and with an average market price. We scheduled a visit, and we nominated the car we were interested in, yet, we still had to wait for the car to be serviced and ready to be sold. That is the main reason for one star less. We wish we would have gotten slight better discount, but we have to say that we got a fair value for the trade in. The PS Security program (that unfortunately we could not decline), taxes, fess, and extended warranty added another 20% to the price, but we liked the car. Our car has almost everything we wanted, we just need to add a second remote key (came only with one) and a HomeLink system (came without). The long time we spent at Kenosha Nissan (almost 6 hours) and the few problems that needed to be fixed were graciously handled by our sales consultant, Tim Marshall. Tim listen to us and really tried to make our experience better. He showed patience, knowledge and a genuine will to satisfy us. We really appreciate your time and commitment, Tim! The reason why we stopped looking for other cars in Kenosha was because of Tim! He cares about Kenosha Nissan AND about buyers. People like Tim make a difference. We recommend the Kenosha Nissan dealership as a good place to look for your next car. We hope this car will keep our family safe and happy. One thing is sure: we will follow Tim’s advice and use Outlander’s third row of seats for our grandchildren! More

Deceitful & Dishonest I emailed the dealership late in the afternoon on Friday, June 14th asking about the availability of a 2015 Chevy Cruze that I saw online. They respon I emailed the dealership late in the afternoon on Friday, June 14th asking about the availability of a 2015 Chevy Cruze that I saw online. They responded back at 5:22 p.m. stating that the "Cruze is still in stock and ready for immediate delivery". I called and spoke with Brandy Johnson, and made an appointment to for 8:15 p.m. that same night to check it out. We began our 2 hour journey from north of Madison to Kenosha. We received a call from them at 7:14 confirming our appointment time, and a 2nd call at 7:35 informing us that someone else was there looking at the car - any asked if there were any other cars we were interested in looking at while there. When we arrived 30 minutes later, the Cruze was there, but we were informed it had been sold that morning. They were very eager to show us other vehicles; but the car we came for wasn't even available. More
