Unorganized, no communication, not very pleassmt My vehicle had a recall, took it in on Monday, sat fie over an hour, said it needed repair. They gave me a loaner, repair was done on Frida & no one called to tell me. , I called on Monday 9AM to check status, as I had no idea it was as done. . I went to pick it up Tuesday, took them over 40 minutes to wash my car, plus I had an oil change coupon & they put the oil change on the bill. Very unorganized & not caring attitude. Was not greeted on either occasion. More

There was major miscommunication for service I just bought a new Nissan Altima recently from Kenosha Nissan in Kenosha. Excellent work. Got me into a new vehicle. I recently hit a pot hole while I just bought a new Nissan Altima recently from Kenosha Nissan in Kenosha. Excellent work. Got me into a new vehicle. I recently hit a pot hole while working and a week later the hub assembly needed to be replaced. I understand there was tire damage. So, warranty wouldn't be covered because of whatever reason. I was told from the beginning that the replacement would be covered. No problems at all. Made the appt. And, a 1st time free oil change. I do part time delivery right now due to medical issues. This day did not go as it was discussed with service the day prior. After all the wasted time. I found scraped yellow paint that is literally stuck on my driver side front bumper. Which it was not there when I left my car in the service department. I drove an hour to get to the dealership on a bad hub to find out 3 hours later that they are not able to replace the hub. And, the oil change wasn't put on the paperwork. So, I drove a total of 2 hours. On a bad hub. I was there for 3 hours. With a hernia. And, no service to my vehicle was done. At all. More damage was caused then anything good in this situation. I am thankful for them getting me into a vehicle. Yet, I believe this is no way a positive impact in customer relations. Nor any future customer relations. My car sits, parked until I am better enough to work again. Not for a while. I have a family to tend to. This was a disappointing day. Thank you More
