Nice, but long process I gave 4/5 stars because of the long process. I had gone in wanting to test drive a vehicle and possibly lease but in the end I ended up leaving with I gave 4/5 stars because of the long process. I had gone in wanting to test drive a vehicle and possibly lease but in the end I ended up leaving with a new car. That isn't the problem because honestly I didn't know that I would even qualify with student loans and other factors. Ricky and the financial specialist (loan Hunter) were very nice and they worked hard to find a lender that would work with me. The only thing I would say that I really wish they were more up front with would be giving more exact numbers. Instead they get you "hooked" by stating an amount that you want to hear but in the end it is much higher than you expected. Overall it was a good experience and the staff was helpful but sometimes a little vague. More

No need to shop anywhere else! I was in the market for a truck, and ended up at Kenosha Nissan. I worked with Brenda on the sales side and Will on the finance side. Those two not only found me a truck that fit my requirements, but made the deal work within my budget. My new truck was a demo that had a ding on the bumper that i honestly didn't see until I went in to take delivery. When I mentioned the bumper problem, they smiled and said they would take care of it. Chris got the truck in for service to have the bumper fixed, and accommodated my need for a truck to drive while mine was being fixed. No pressure, friendly staff, and nice facility. Great vehicles and great people. I will definitely buy my next vehicle from them!!! More
