The devotion to customer service is unbeatable: there was a small cosmetic blemish on the interior of the car I wanted to buy, and even though the shop didn't have any of those parts in stock, Mark had the service shop just take one out of a car on the lot so that I could take the car home as I wanted that day! It was also my first experience financing my own vehicle, and Fred was really patient in explaining everything to me and waiting for me to call around to get the information I needed. More
