He was very easy to work with and never persisted to upsell us in any way. Within an hour, we were financed and driving off with a last year model RAV4 that we paid much less than expected for. More

I was told it was cleaned off(not true) took way longer than anticipated.. typical salesperson back and forth mumbo jumbo. purchased. I was also told they would detail it. Took 2 hrs and apparantly that excludes getting the snow out of the bed plus the wife found a razor blade in the passenger seat. Might as well go to a regular dealer at least they might be more flexible on the price. More
