Also, while explaining the loan terms, he informed us that the price of the car we had reserved had gone down in the previous two days, and we were being given the lower price, which was surprising! All in all, when the transaction was complete, I was very satisfied and knew exactly what I was driving away with! More

It was good, then their president called me (*****See my update to the original review at the bottom). As they deal in almost exclusively leased cars, they take them however they get them. My car came with only one key, which was something I am not used to. If you buy at an actual dealership, you get two. They wouldn't give any discount for that. I also purchased the car and paid in full. I didn't like that Kentson charged me almost $400 ($395) to pay in full. That would have covered the cost of a second key. The Ford dealership down the street had the same car and offered a better deal. I went back to Kensington to see what they could do for me to match. But i was too cute for my own good. While doing that, someone else bought it. With no others available in the area, Kentson was my only option (and the difference was only about $1,000). Still, while I don't like their fee model, their staff is very friendly. And pleasant to work with. I would not discourage anyone from using them, but if you can get a better deal from an actual dealer, take it. *****Update to my review*****. The president of the company called me to ask me why I did not purchase the extended warranty that they were pushing from a third party company (Zurich). Evidently, out of all the thousands of customers they have each year, only a small few decline the the coverage. I told him that I had researched the extended warranty program and on every site I could find that had any sort of a rating (12 sites), they never have a higher than 1.5 out of 5. He then proceeded to tell me I was wrong, listing reasons he thought I was foolish. He then began to argue with me...This is the president of the company. How childish and unprofessional (and bush league) do you have to be that the president of the company has to call and argue with customers that don't buy their poorly rated extended warranty program? I am updating my rating to 2 stars, and I would not recommend them again. More
