This is how buying a car should be. We all know the stereotypical, used car salesman stigma. It exists for a good reason. We had just walked out of a big box, well known dealership fee We all know the stereotypical, used car salesman stigma. It exists for a good reason. We had just walked out of a big box, well known dealership feeling used and lied to. When we saw the car we wanted on CarGurus, we hesitantly drove outside the big city to this dealership, expecting more of the same. From the moment we walked in, we were met with the opposite of that stereotype. Brian and the rest of the staff were sincere, friendly and put us at ease, rather than pouncing on us and treating us like their next commission. He went the extra mile in working with the credit union and ended up getting us an even better deal than we originally agreed upon. There was no long list of added fees that couldn't be explained. There was no high pressure coaxing. Just a quickly processed, straight forward deal that exceeded our expectations. We're not surprised by their long list of awards and will be back within a few weeks to get another car from them. Highly recommended! More
