When I walked in their door, their salesman, Kelly Stratford, greeted me in a very friendly, helpful manner, answered all of my questions, showed me the car I was interested in, explained how their wholesale car sales process works, and put no pressure on me whatsoever -- which is exactly what I hoped for, and is so very rare in the car sales biz. He was absolutely terrific in every possible way and, two days later, thanks to a great experience all the way around, I drove to work with a great car at a great price. I could not be more pleased with how I was treated -- by far the best car-buying experience of my life. More

I already knew what I wanted (Yukon XL) and they had a dozen to choose from. Our salesman (Zach) was knowledgable and helpful, then let my husband and I examine and test drive the vehicles alone - whuch was so nice because we could speak freely about our thoughts. Once we made our decision we settled in for a long, drawn out loan approval and hostage like trade-in negotions ... at least that is what we were prepared for based on our previous experiences. We were pleasantly surprised when, after giving all of our information for the loan, we were told to feel free to leave for lunch or shopping while they awaited the approval. They also got the VIN and mileage from our trade-in and started working on their price. A short hour or two later Zach texted me “You’re good to go!” We came back to the office and were thrilled with their trade offer. We chose our loan terms and signed paperwork. Total time from walking in the door to walking out with keys: 4 hours, only half an hour of which was sitting in the dealership! If we ever need to buy a car again, we will be coming back to Kentson. More

No haggle because after a lot of research Kentsons pricing is clearly better than anywhere else we checked. Cars are clean and ready to roll.
