All of the salesmen there are part owners so the approach to selling is unlike any other place . They each have a true vested interest in the overall business and not just pushing sales numbers for themselves (ingenious business model). It is all about a great experience and service. This is by FAR the best service and experience of any car dealership we have ever worked with. After having a newly purchased SUV for a few weeks there were a few minor issues. The response from Kentson (Mark and Zach) was unbelievably impressive. They went out of their way to make sure the couple minor issues were addressed. This is the second vehicle we have purchased through them and will not be the last. I would recommend anyone who wants a great price with no pressure and top notch service to go here for all car purchases. More

They didn't try selling me anything, didn't try to push one car over another, just asked me what I was looking for and showed me what they had. Since they don't work on commission whether or not I purchased a car didn't affect them, so they were just friendly guys with keys to a lot full of fantastic cars. I had already been to three dealerships and they beat the competition by at least $9,500. I got a 2016 Buick Enclave. The color selection wasn't as huge as at other dealerships, but I got the color I wanted. Kelly was friendly, helpful and had everything done for me in one hour once I decided to purchase the car. They even take care of the registration and plates for you. Will only buy from them in the future! More

They were very low pressure and easy to work with and we felt very comfortable during the car buying process. After having our new car for a few days we discovered that the cruise control wasn't working properly. We contacted Kentson and they immediately made arrangements to take care of the problem for us and gave us a loaner car to use while our car was being fixed. Our salesman, Chase, was great to work with and our experience at Kentson was by far the best car buying experience that we have had. We will definitely look to them for any future car buying needs. In researching the dealership a little further, it was immediately apparent that this was a different kind of car dealership and seemed to be very well liked by those who bought through them. I was very interested in the vehicle so we made the trip down to Bountiful to check it out. From the start, the experience was different than any other dealership I've dealt with. It was very low pressure, the people were very nice, and the atmosphere was really pleasant. We didn't have to do the negotiating, which at other dealerships is the most unpleasant part. We made the decision to buy the vehicle and the process was simple and painless. There were a few minor concerns with the vehicle which they bent over backwards to address immediately. I would definitely buy a car from these guys again. This is how a dealership should be! More

We wanted to add leather and DVD player to our van and he personally made sure that we got exactly what we wanted and for an amazing price.
