Kentson made the process very easy and I was able to coordinate with my in-laws and Kentson to test drive the car and place a hold for purchase. Even though I had to do a lot of contacting over the phone with them, Chase (the rep who worked with us) was always courteous and professional, never pushing anything on me and very understanding of our situation.
