I made the decisio Although I had a good experience last year buying a car from this dealer, I must admit my experience last week was disappointing. I made the decision to "upgrade" to a newer model of the car I currently own. I was excited to find exactly what I wanted - black Lexus RX350 with saddle tan interior, 12,500 miles. Upon delivery of the car, I took it to be aligned and was told that the rear shocks were leaking. Because I had purchased a warranty contract (good idea!) I scheduled an appointment with a dealer for Monday morning. I also needed to have a key fob programmed. Imagine my surprise when I was contacted by the service department that the car had been in a significant accident! The passenger side doors had been replaced (no Vin number on the doors) and the paint had a "lemon peel" feel around the doors. Yes indeed the car fax was "clean" - but only because a body shop that was not associated with the Lexus company repaired the car AND no police report. I quickly made arrangements to return the car. I will say that the dealership did not hassle me, or try to change my mind. Just really check any used car you are purchasing and look for vin numbers and any sign that the car is. Ot what is represented. I checked the web site several hours later, and the car was back on the market for the same price - the car has now been purchased, or rather the status of his car is classified as "pending." More

Best car buying experience This place is seriously the only place to buy a car. It's the exact opposite of what most people think of when going to a car lot. He promptly walked us through the paperwork process and even found a freight company to deliver the car to our front door! Everyone I spoke with at Kentson was friendly and knowledgeable. Our personal experience with Cache was top-notch. He responded promptly to emails, and even provided his cell phone number to be available with any questions. Expedition After lots of research online for a 2015 Ford Expedition we found Kentson with the best inventory and price. All had low miles and were in perfect shape. Test drove and loved it, exactly what we were looking for. WIthin an hour we had paper work signed and out the door. Outstanding prices, chill atmosphere, and great inventory. They also are setup with America First Credit Union so you get the best rates and financing literally takes minute. Highly recommend this place. More
