Garrett McDowell is AWESOME! I went without my husband the first time. He showed me everything I wanted to look at and let me test drive what I wanted. He let me take them out by myself which I loved. I hate it when car dealers have to come with you. The price is what is listed. So you don't have to wait around for hours while they "go to bat" for you with their manager. He figured up how much the 3 I liked would be with all the taxes and licensing fees. Then he let me walk out without buying a car. SHOCK!!! I took my husband back a couple days later after we had decided and he test drove the car. We went to lunch while Garrett did the paper work. It was that easy!! We absolutely LOVE our Camry. It has low miles and the price was the best!! One of the tires kept going low and so a couple weeks later we called Garrett. Told us where to take it and they pulled a screw out but no charge to us. We will definitely always be customers of Kentson Auto!! And thanks Garrett for a great experience. More

They are not pushy like I have experienced at different places. You will find a car that is in good condition, with a small amount of miles at the best price. I really felt like they cared for me personally in finding something that fit me. I am a college student and was looking for a good car and they really made sure that my car was in the condition that I needed it and also didn't pressure me because they knew I was a first time buyer. They know how to treat customers and how to ensure the best experience. They resolved any questions, concerns and problems that I had with the car to be sure I was satisfied. I will never buy a car from somebody else! More

Great Service Helpful Staff I saw one of their cars online and called them with questions. I got Kelly on the line and he was very helpful and answered all of my questions. That same night I went in to the dealership and drove the car we liked. They were very helpful and allowed us to drive the car on our own. When we decided we wanted it they offered us financing through a local credit union but we were already approved elsewhere and it still worked out easy. We were able to get a great extended warranty so we don't have to worry about any fixes. They also didn't have a long list of fees they charge there was only one basic fee. I am still a little skeptical about buying a lease returned car but it only has 9,900 miles on it so I figure it can't be that bad. The only other problem we encountered was that the car had no floor mats or spare key with it and they still weren't willing to negotiate prices. Overall it was a good experience and when we buy again we will likely go back. More
