David, We strive to uphold ourselves with the utmost integrity and in no way would intentionally mislead any of our customers. Our whole concept at Kentson is giving customers an entirely different experience from a typical dealership. I'm sure this is a case of misunderstanding. We would love the chance to talk to you about this and resolve any of your concerns. We have repeatedly reached out to you via phone calls, text messages, and emails to address your concerns without any responses from you. We would love the opportunity to speak with you. So you are aware, our cars come off 8 to 12 month leases from the manufactures. The cars we buy have a variety of uses, such as company cars, fleet vehicles, rentals, etc. This would primarily show up as a "rental" on a Carfax report. We provide the Carfax reports for all of the vehicles we sell and they are also available on any of our online advertisements. We hand pick all of our cars to make sure that they are top quality and condition and meet our elite standards. At Kentson we strive to establish a lasting relationship with our customers where they can feel comfortable coming back again and again. This is the first time in 16 years we've received a negative review and leaves us questioning your intentions from the beginning of your experience. We have been more than accommodating to you and your family when you have come in. We stayed after hours for you while you were on your test drive for significantly longer than most customers(45-60min). When you returned, the vehicle was covered in dirt and mud. This was also a first for us. We have never had anyone show such disregard for our vehicles by taking them off-road on a test drive. When you were asked about why the vehicle was so filthy, your exact response was, "I guess we found some dirt and it stuck." This displayed a huge lack of respect for anyone except for yourself. You then left in a hurry which left the impression that you may have just been "joy riding" our vehicle. We were surprised to see you in here the following week. When you returned for a second time we still valued you and your relationship with us. We put our trust in you and let you test drive another vehicle of ours because of the high level of interest you showed. After your second test drive, you and your wife seemed very interested but again left. You then returned a third time and were very interested in purchasing a different vehicle from the vehicles you originally test drove. When sitting down to complete the purchase, you seemed very upset because we wouldn't entertain your offer of $5,500 below our asking price and you and your wife then abruptly left. Needless to say, this has made us again question your intentions of writing this review. We'd love to talk to you about it, to help clear up any misunderstandings. Kentson Team, I have felt harassed by the shear volume of text, calls, and voice mails from the Kentson Car Company due to my review. I will not be bullied into removing my review. Kentson' s response to my review, "We have repeatedly reached out to you via phone calls, text messages, and emails to address your concerns without any responses from you." --- These calls, texts, and emails need to stop. Kentson's response to my review, "This is the first time in 16 years we've received a negative review." --- I feel that this may be due to the pressure Kentson places on people like me that have posted a negative review. The others may have buckled causing them to take the negative review. The response to my review is the first time Kentson Car Company admitted to me that these cars are in fact retired rental cars. To some people this may not be a problem to others it may be deal breaker. The fact that when I asked the sales people while at Kentson they flatly denied that these cars were retired rentals, calls Kentson's Car Company's ethics in to question. The fact that Kentson would rebut my review with lies and harass me places an even worst taste in my mouth.
