We were looking for a minivan for our expanding family and something that we could drive for the next several years. We found a 2014 Toyota Sienna that was a nicer version and cheaper than anything else that we were finding here in the Utah valley. It was the quickest purchase I've ever had for a big purchase like this. It took me longer to get the cashier check at the bank than it did for me to sign the paper work at Kentson. I have a co-worker that told me he spend 6 hours at a car dealership signing everything. Once my wife and I decided to buy this van we called ahead letting them know we wanted to more forward and I would be coming there on my lunch break. They told me that they would have everything ready for me when I got there. I asked him how long it would take to sign everything thinking that I would need to spend two lunch breaks doing it. They told me about 15 to 20 minutes. Which it was! These guys don't pressure you and I liked that. I'm the type of person that does his research and knows what he wants to do before stepping foot in a store or dealership. It was very nice not to feel pressure from the salemen. They answered the couple of questions that I had and I showed up at 12:10pm and was back in my car driving back to work by 12:30. I felt like something was wrong because it was too easy and too simple. They called my bank for me and got me a better rate than my bank wanted to give me because they are a preferred loan provider for my bank. So simple, so easy, and I would recommend Kentson for anyone that is tried of going to a big dealership and hoping you get a good deal. I know that I got a great deal here and it only took two short trips to Kentson for it to happen. More

Trying to find a used vehicle with AWD in Vegas is apparently like trying to find a needle in a haystack. After searching endlessly in our immediate area and being on a deadline for a road trip coming up, we decided to go through Kentson. We found the Acadia through Cargurus which tells you whether the price is high or low. It rated the Acadia at a great buy. We debated the 5.5 hour drive but with three kids and a dog it would have likely required a hotel stay as well. Shipping of the vehicle was only $340 and once we considered our time and the drive with everyone we decided shipping was a great option. Paperwork was quick. Paden emailed it to me, I signed, scanned, and emailed it back and everything was taken care of with that in about a half hour. He called me Monday (it was end of day on a Saturday when we started the paperwork) to see if I had any more questions. He had my car on the truck by Tuesday and I had it Wednesday afternoon. Overall, it was an incredibly fast turnaround, an easy buying process, and the vehicle is exactly as we expected it to be. Great experience! I have already recommended them to all of the other military spouses in Vegas! More

Long way to go but well worth it. Was hesitant to travel 1300 miles and buy a car site unseen but the car in the photos and described to me was every bit the car I expected. On the day I came down to see the car I was interested in, I decided to look at another model I had been researching and was also prepared to buy. This took me to a local dealer in the area. Sadly the experience was mostly what you would expect from a typical dealership. It was very easy to go back and finalize the purchase with Payden at Kentson. The car was what I expected in every way and I am thrilled with the friendly service. I do not buy cars often, but next time will just save my time and go directly to Kentson. Thanks!! More
