Refreshing Experience It was quite refreshing to finally find an honest dealership with my needs in mind. Although they didn't have the vehicle I wanted, they didn't try to sell me something I couldn't use. The salesperson was polite, friendly and actually listened. I wasn't pressured into anything, and I felt they were genuine. They was none of that hiding behind a false smile and trying to get you to buy for the sake of selling you a car. These people seemed to want to help you get into the vehicle you would truly be happy to own. Even though I didn't purchase a vehicle here I would recommend them. If you want a down to earth, no false promises, everything upfront buyer experience, these are definitely the people to see first. They did offer to help find the vehicle I was looking for, I told them if I didn't locate one soon I would be back. Cache was most helpful and even assured me if I imitated a purchase he wouldn't be adverse to putting each and every promise made in writing so there would be no surprises at the close of the deal. Although to be quite honest, he never made any promises and let me look the inventory over without pressuring or seeming to become uninterested like most salespeople after you put them through their paces while looking. None of my questions were deflected or side stepped like a politician, there wasn't any of that " I don't know but I can find out." , answers. No magician tricks to get your attention. I sincerely felt I had been treated as an equal when I walked away. No condescending looks or talks, no telling me take the deal now because it's a one time offer. When my family needs a different passenger vehicle, We will stop here first. They have a great selection, they just didn't have the truck I was looking for. I kind of feel like I should wait to buy my truck from these people if they can find one I like, but with the holidays, my family wants to visit out of state and I need to get a truck kind of quick, and one I will be happy with. They had trucks, but I have preferences those vehicles didn't meet. Don't get me wrong the trucks they had were very fine machines, just not what I wanted and if I am buying a truck I want one I am going to be happy with and they understood that. If you want a dealership that understands the customer is the pulse of their business, you might want to consider this place first. No empty promises, no pressure, and a refreshing experience just to meet these people. I was impressed for the very first time at any dealership in this state. More

My suggestion to anyone who shops at Kentson's Auto - If you see the one you like, don't waste time in making your decision. They move a lot of cars and have great prices. (I hate the dickering that goes on in the major dealerships.) Kentson sales a great product at a very reasonable price. I have already referred four or five friends to consider Kentson Auto when looking for a really good used car! All the salesmen are friendly and helpful.
