It was a very refreshing experience to not have all of the different fees at the end of the deal...everything is upfront! Bottom-line the Kentson Team is looking for a smaller car for my wife in which she has specified the color and the interior she likes. Should say this is how we ended up with the Yukon; if we had not gotten the call from Paden someone else would have purchased as it was a very good, and clean fair deal for the vehicle we were looking for! Cache was great to work with and was very patient as we went through the decision process. When we finally bought our car the paperwork was all ready for us and took less than 10 minutes. Cache said to call him if we had any issues - a couple of days later we had a small issue and they immediately took care of it. I AM SO IMPRESSED!!!
