After searching for several months and discussing a few vehicle Buying from Kentson was as good of a car buying experience as I could have hoped for. After searching for several months and discussing a few vehicle possibilities with Paden a couple times, we were finally in the area for my daughter's soccer tournament over Memorial Day weekend. On Friday, we test drove a few vehicles, and put a deposit to hold a vehicle while trying to decide for sure. Even though we hadn't quite decided to purchase the vehicle, I picked out some specialty rims and tires to put on the vehicle if we were to move forward with the purchase. Not realizing that the tire/rim shop would be closed for the Memorial Day holiday, we weren't sure we could get them on before the shop closed because we were away at my daughter's soccer game. Paden went above and beyond and coordinated getting the rims/tires installed before the shop closed. After deciding to make the purchase, I touched base with Paden and he had it all set Monday morning so that I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. My son's car was totaled after an accident and we were desperate to find a decent vehicle asap...we spent all day looking at private sellers and various car dealerships. We did not check with the dealership that we had originally purchased his car from because we had had such an awful experience there...we had spent all day in that one dealer to purchase his vehicle even though we found it right away and that was with pre-approval from the bank! And then they didn't even tell us until all was said and done that it didn't come with safety, emissions and plates; the whole reason we had gone to a dealer in the first place. When I found Kentsons it was a Saturday and 15 minutes till they closed... I happened across a listing they had just posted and called. The deal was almost to good to be true so when I was told I could come look at it and if I wanted it $500 would hold it and we could do paperwork Monday, I was hesitant for a moment. We had spent all day looking and had found nothing, my husband was taking a nap and Bountiful was more than 15 minutes from where I live in Ogden. I had such a good feeling though, I had to try. And when I called back and told them we were on our way if they wouldn't mind waiting a few extra minutes. They would wait, no problem. When we finally arrived 25 minutes later we were greeted warmly, no attitude at being made to stay late on the weekend. We were shown the car and handed the keys to take a test drive. We gave them the $500 and got a receipt. My son again had pre-approval and we were advised to fill out the form on their website to expedite the process Monday. When Monday came we went to pick up the car after I got off work and just before my son had to be to work (limited time). We got there and everything was ready to go. We sat down and signed all the papers and were handed the keys and told the plates would be mailed. We were done in less than 15 minutes. It was the most awesome customer service I have received in a very long time! I don't ever want to go anywhere else after that exceptional experience! More
