After reading a bunch of great reviews I decided to give them a call. I saw a Suburban I was interested in and called and talked to Zach. He said they had just sold that car but that he would be happy to call me if they got another one in. 2 days later Zach called and said they were getting another suburban similar to the one I wanted. I planned a trip that weekend to drive down to Utah and pick it up and Kentson was everything I expected from the amazing reviews I read. Very easy process. No hidden fees. Car was in excellent condition. Everything I was worrying about he whole drive there was put to ease when I arrived. I plan on returning to buy many cars you in the future. I Have a "Guy" For Everything, Bronson Is My "Car Guy" My wife and I both come from families where our fathers have a guy who is their go to guy for important things like auto purchases, auto repair, home My wife and I both come from families where our fathers have a guy who is their go to guy for important things like auto purchases, auto repair, home repair, sprinklers, investing....you get the picture. Apparently my wife and I like to have a guy for everything too. Our "guy" has to offer the things that are important to us: honesty, good pricing, quality, communication, and options. Kentson Car Company has all of that and then some. With both of our purchases it was amazing to go through the whole process stress free. This was because they price their cars so fairly and they communicate so well why the vehicle is priced where it is. We did our homework so when they told us the price on both purchases we didn't even think it was necessary to haggle. On our first purchase, Bronson communicated with us how he decides what he can give on trade ins which was amazing. We were interested in trading our vehicle but he was honest with us about the low demand for our vehicle and recommended we do a private party sale on it because it would be a better deal for us. On our second purchase he said the market for the vehicle we were trading was good so he offered us a good deal on our trade. The thing that is unique about them on the price of their cars and on their process of taking trades is their honesty and open communcation. They are open about everything. They don't go back in some room and talk, they seem comfortable talking about the deal right in front of you because they know they are giving you a good deal and being honest with you. Our second purchase was a 12 passenger van, which Kentson Car Company doesn't usually buy. We told them what we wanted and they went to the dealer auction and got it for us at a price we were thrilled with. The vehicle he bought us had low miles and was a year newer than we expected. I should have been surprised, but I wasn't because I am used to Kentson Car Company meeting and exceeding my expectations. Most car dealerships make you feel like you are in enemy territory and you can't wait to get out of there even when you want to buy their vehicle. I went to the dealership to complete the purchase of our van and those guys are so cool and comfortable to talk to that I could have hung out there talking all evening. We were done with everything including the test drive and signing papers in an hour. They even showed me the Carfax report to make sure I was totally confident that my vehicle was as awesome as it looked. We tell everyone we know that is looking for a vehicle to make OUR CAR GUYS, THEIR CAR GUYS. We have full confidence in them and we trust them, even with my wife's grandma who also bought a car from them and loves them! More
