Excellent buying experience. We are in Alaska so buying site unseen was worrisome. Cache was great from the 1st phone call and sent me any pictures I asked for. I called Kentson ahead of time to set up an appointment. I was immediately impressed by their friendliness and professionalism. They scheduled me exactly when I needed. I had many questions about buying from out of state, all of which they were able to clearly answer. On the day of our appointment we met Paden, who was prompt and very easy going. As we looked at cars, we never once felt any type of typical "car salesman" pressure. He knew about the vehicles, could answer all of our questions, and was very helpful. You could tell he was devoted to helping us find exactly what we needed. He was patient with our decision making process, allowing us to test drive any vehicles we were interested in. When we chose a vehicle, he worked to get us the best interest rate, and made the entire process so simple and easy. We are thrilled with the suburban we purchased.
