We had been shopping at various dealerships in Salt Lake and Bountiful for quite some time until we finally stopped in at Kentson. Wish we had gone to them earlier. The experience there was unlike anything we had seen at other dealerships. At Kentson, there was absolutely no pressure at all. Just friendly, up-front honest information. Our sales consultant, Peyden, answered all of our questions. The price of the vehicle we bought was fair, in fact, it was the lowest we could find. They were able to work a fair trade for our used vehicle. This wasn't even discussed until after we had settled on a price for the new car, which was great! Once again, it was very convenient and open. They showed us exactly how they came up with the price for our trade-in. We already had financing in place, but Kentson was able to match the very low rate we already had and make it worth while to use their financing. They made the approval process easy and we were able to sign all the paperwork in short order and drive off in our new car. Finally, the customer service was fantastic! I really appreciated all the help and willing service that was given. In short, they were convenient, comfortable, nice, up-front about everything and honest about the deal. No pressure at all. It was great from start to finish. We were a little nervous being from Nevada and not knowing much about these guys. We have been looking fro an automobile for awhile and happened to look on Kentson's web site and we were surprised at the prices. We sent an e-mail inquiring about a specific automobile and right away we happened to look on Kentson's web site and we were surprised at the prices. We sent an e-mail inquiring about a specific automobile and right away we received a call from Paden. He was very knowledgeable about the car and even did an inspection. He described what he had found and we traveled from Wyoming to look at the automobile it was just as he described. We drove to their office and Paden was there to meet us, the car was detailed and waiting. We took a test drive and further inspected the car and then decided to go ahead and purchase it. The whole transaction took about 1/2 hour and Paden was excellent through the process. My wife Anna and I recommend Kentson Car Company and Paden highly. I'm so glad my husband and I went to Kentson last weekend when we were looking for a new family car. I usually hate the whole car buying process but it actually was great.
